Steven R. Bell CFP®
National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Registered Player Financial Advisor;
2000-2003 Florida Gators Offensive Lineman
Steven is a Senior Vice President and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
He began his career in 2006 working as a municipal bond trader for a local investment banking firm before also joining the wealth management side, shortly thereafter. Since then, Steven has worked for two of the established names on Wall Street: Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. In 2021, he moved his financial advisory practice to AGP as the appeal of a firm offering its advisors the freedom to work “independently” was very compelling, providing advantages to working for a big corporation. For instance, clients can pay much lower fees and have broader investment choices.
Currently, Steven holds his FINRA Series 7; 63 and 65 licenses as well as his State of Florida 2-15 insurance license. Furthermore, in 2012, Steven earned his CFP® certification and in 2023, he earned his National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) Registered Player Financial Advisor designation.
Born in Tenafly, NJ, Steven moved with his family to Boca Raton in 1991 and attended college at The University of Florida where he earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 2003. Moreover, he was a walk-on, offensive lineman for the Florida Gators football team from 2000-2003 and lettered in 2003. Steven was a four-year member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) Academic Honor Roll and was a member of Coach Steve Spurrier’s final SEC Championship team in 2000.
Currently, Steven resides in Delray Beach, FL and is an approved volunteer for the Joe DiMaggio’s Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, FL. Additionally and as a huge animal-lover and owner of three pets, Steven is an active member of the ASPCA and has also volunteered for the local Tri-County Humane Society.

Ray Asmar
Investment Advisor Representative
Raymond Asmar is a Senior Wealth Manager at Alliance Global Partners and has been a financial advisor for more than 40 years.
Ray initially began his career at Fahnestock - now Oppenheimer - in Danbury, Connecticut. At that time he petitioned the local TV station Westinghouse Broadcasting owners to offer him the opportunity to do a stock market business report every night on the local news as viewers wanted to know how their money fared and he came up with the idea of giving the viewers what they wanted. Ray was a pioneer as his idea of a stock market TV report came several years before CNBC made its debut. He gave a two-minute synopsis of what occurred in the stock market that day and then went to a commercial break. He then came back with a ticker tape running in the background and highlighted 4-5 stocks that made big moves up or down that day for the viewer to see and get informed about. So many viewers now tuned in as they reported to Ray that they watched in addition to receiving stock quotes via beeper and ticker tape, which at the time was the norm.
Ray appeared on TV for Channel 10 Group W broadcasting for 2 years giving the business report every weeknight on the 6 pm local news. He was pursued by EF HUTTON at the time and was offered a position in Fort Lauderdale Florida where he had previously contemplated a baseball career via camp there.
He left his hometown roots and TV gig, moved from North to South to the new EFH firm offices a block from the beach. He has also worked for Dean Witter, Prudential, First Union along with Summit Financial before happily managing client portfolios at Alliance Global Partners in Boca Raton, Florida.
The appeal of independent thinking, to offer his clients, along with peace of mind made this the best move of Ray's long career. And knowing that Fidelity would be custodian of clients' assets was extremely important. Here, each client is treated with the upmost care, like family, and we also have the opportunity of offering clients alternative ideas that might not be available elsewhere.
Ray also learned much of the business-strategies from the late great Sir John Templeton at his home in Nassau, Bahamas and at Templeton offices in Ft. Lauderdale.
Over his career, Raymond has earned his FINRA Series 7,63 & 65 licenses and is registered in 27 states.
Ray was born in Danbury, Ct and currently resides in Delray Beach, FL., with his wife Adrienne whom he met when she was a stewardess on his flight to Ft Lauderdale for the EF Hutton interview. She listened and they have been married 31 years. Ray graduated from Mount St. Mary’s University in Maryland where he earned his bachelor’s degree majoring in political science/pre-law. He has previously managed portfolios for a retired NFL Super Bowl MVP along with some professional MLB players.
Ray is an avid writer and many of you have read his numerous inspirational color commentaries for years about life and baseball. He has played in the South Florida Baseball League for more than 20 years and continues to do so as a Player/Manager. He enjoys a zest for life with the competition and camaraderie of his fellow players and bringing out all the God given talents that we all have inside us.
